Nobody Can Find You. Nobody's Buying Yet.

Two problems, and almost every early-stage or growth-stage company I look at has both of them at once, not one. Nobody can find you: broken or missing schema, no structured FAQ content, a domain too new or too thin to be cited by search engines or AI answer engines. And nobody's buying yet: no repeatable sales process, no clear ICP, deals that close on relationships instead of a system. Fix only one and the other quietly caps how much the first one was ever going to matter.

Why fixing just the findability half doesn't work

Say the schema gets fixed, the FAQ content gets written, the site starts showing up in search and even getting cited by ChatGPT or Perplexity. More people find the site. Then what? If there's no clear ICP and no repeatable way to turn a visitor into a qualified conversation, the extra traffic is just extra noise, more unqualified leads for a process that was never built to convert them in the first place. Visibility without a sales process is a faster way to waste more people's time, yours included.

Why fixing just the sales-process half doesn't work either

Say the ICP gets sharpened and the sales process gets documented well enough that someone else could run it. If the site itself is still invisible, structurally hard for search engines and AI systems to read, no direct answers for them to cite, that process never gets fed. A great sales process with no pipeline in front of it is a car with no fuel. The two problems compound each other, which is exactly why most agencies and consultants who only touch one side of this leave companies stuck.

Curious which half is actually the bigger gap for you?

What "fixed" actually looks like

Neither half is fast. Structural SEO/AEO work needs months to compound into real authority, and a sales process needs enough real deals to find the actual pattern rather than the idealized one. But doing both together, rather than hiring separately for each, is the difference between a company that's merely visible and one that's actually converting what it finds.
