Full working-day overlap with Prague, no scheduling gymnastics needed. Most of my existing GTM and career-mentorship work already runs across CEE, Germany, the Netherlands, and the Nordics, so working with founders and teams in these hubs is a direct extension of that, not a stretch.
The Gulf
Dubai
A couple of hours ahead of Prague, meaning morning-into-afternoon overlap on both sides most weekdays. A genuinely useful hub given how many early-stage and growth-stage companies are building there right now with exactly the GTM-plus-findability gap this site is built around.
North America
New York, San Francisco
Six to nine hours behind Prague, so calls land in the late afternoon or early evening here, late morning or midday there. That's a real, workable overlap, not an early-morning-only slot, and it's the same window a lot of European-based advisors already use to work with US-based founders.
Asia
Singapore
Around six hours ahead of Prague, which puts a comfortable window in the early evening here and daytime there. Video call format means the distance itself was never really the obstacle, coordinating a recurring slot is.

Common questions
Do you work with founders and companies outside Europe?
Yes. Everything runs over video call, so location isn't a barrier. I regularly work with people and companies across Europe (London, Amsterdam, Berlin, Barcelona, Geneva, Brussels), the Gulf (Dubai), North America (New York, San Francisco), and Asia (Singapore).
How do you handle time zones across regions like Dubai, New York, and Singapore?
Prague sits in a reasonable overlap window with most of Europe and the Gulf during the working day, and with the US East Coast and Singapore in the early morning or evening. We work out a recurring slot that fits both sides rather than forcing one timezone to absorb all the inconvenience.
Can I see examples of your work or client references?
I don't share client names or engagement specifics publicly. If that matters for your decision, the easier path is a free 30 to 45 minute conversation, no pitch, just understanding your actual situation and figuring out together whether this is a fit or whether you need someone else. Not every project makes sense for me to take on, and I'd rather say that upfront than after signing anything.
